R&D internationalization of multinationalcompanies of foreign investment has become one of the main forms of. Westerndeveloped country transnational corporation competes with our country enterprise,University, research institutions to carry out extensive cooperation, the establishmentof various types of R&D institutions in China by the research and development of ourcountry, make full use of resources, and constantly develop new products to seize theChinese market. At the same time, the enterprises in our country go out process areactively exploring overseas R&D investment of the path and model.R&Dinternationalization has become a national market development, access to technologyand promote the international status of the main ways.This paper explores the influence of the main factors of the internationalizationof Yangtze River Delta R&D. This paper combines the normative and positiveresearch methods, comparative analysis and dynamic research method, separatelyelaborated the delta enterprise R&D international general mechanism and currentsituation of introversion and extroversion internationalization of R&D.Then this papergets the most important factors to influence the delta enterprise R&D. Science andtechnology institutions, the invention patent number, personnel scientists andengineers in scientific and technological activities and the finance in scientific andtechnological activities are the key factors to influence the introversion R&Dinternationalization. Overseas investment enterprises and overseas investment financeare the important factors to influence the extroversion internationalization of R&D.Finally according to the analysis results to make some useful suggestions. |
