Recently, our researches on land price and land intensive utilizing is deeper and deeper, but most of them research on land price and land intensive utilizing separately ,the systematicness research on the relationship between them is seldom seen. Some researchers' researching on their relationship is just confined to land price and land intensive utilizing in the city, just little in the Open Economic Zone, and still haven't found land intensive utilizing situation under the best land price.This article takes the Tong Chuan Economic and Technology Open Economic Zone as an example, on the basis of comprehensive analyzing on the Open Economic Zone's land utilizing, expounding the time changing and space distributed features of different using land price and land intensive utilizing from time and space with the method of quality and quantity. In time, comparing the land intensive utilizing situation to standard land price year by year; In space, first, we research on the distribution of different using land price and land intensive utilizing, and then analyses their quality of being related from their space distribute features, and also use Matlab to carry on the math imitation.The research shows that the degree of the quality of being related on the land price level and degree of land intensive utilizing in the Tong Chuan Economic and Technology Open Economic Zone is high, especially the land price of commerce and dwelling to the degree of and intensive utilizing, and they two are all become higher and higher with time flying. On the other hand, imitating the curve equation with Matlab, searching for the marginal point of land price, so that land can be used most effectively under the reasonable land price. Through the series of analyses, we can find out the reason which effects their relationship, so that can formulate reasonable land price for the future, optimize land using distribution, direct land resource's effective compounding and enhance land intensive utilizing. Promoting Open Economic Zone's land intensive utilizing developing towards intensive with the regulation of land using's quantity,quality and intensity of using land price, relieving our country's land supply and need's contradiction which goes nervous day by day.The research on the relationship between land price and land intensive utilizing is not only the request of implementing science development concept and founding resource limited society, but also the certain select of easing the land supply and need's contradiction of the Open Economic Zone and guaranteeing the sustained ,stable development of society economic. This research is beneficial to improving method of land intensive utilizing and guaranteeing the land price of Open Economic Zone reasonable, promoting the healthy development of land market and reasonable using of land resource.
