With the gradual penetration of reformation, individual and private economies has made great strides forward. It is reported that more than 60% of our national economic aggregates are individual and private ones. Among them, we can see a huge number of family businesses including the world famous Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd of Mr. Lu Guanqiu, Guangdong Galanz Enterprise (Group) Co. of Mr. Liang Qingde and so on. Most of these family businesses which have experienced years of progressing, with the achievement of the primitive accumulation of capital, are now stepping into the imperative stage of pursuiting scale economies.However, as the enterprises develop rapidly, their founders have to face the quick fly of time. The energetic young men who started their career in the former old days have mostly been in their late mid ages, and some of them are even getting aged. How to make a suitable arrangement to give their companies a sustainable development needs an urgent solution for the family businesses of the whole nation.As the saying goes, keeping is harder than winning. The formula of "Fortune rarely rejoice the third generation" confines the development of the family businesses in China, or say in the whole world. In the thesis, a real small and medium enterprise is analyzed based on the existing Succession models and comprehensive knowledge learned in this MBA course, in the hope of presenting some useful effort to the small and medium enterprises that are facing or will be facing the same Succession problems.
