After our country's opening policy allow self-employed business in late 80s,Wenzhou,as the first batch of pilot area,whose workshop-based family business had rapid development and formed the gathered private industrialization-"Wenzhou model." However,it gradually slow down and had entered the development bottleneck period after 2000.The small and medium-sized private enterprises got stagnant.Apart from the overall economic situation and the factors of the innovation of industrial structure,the most significant reason is the lack of the sustainable development plan for enterprises themselves.At the same time,the enterprise inheritance of "sub-parent" and"professional manager" conflicts a lot.In addition,the lack of training awareness for second generation leads to the situation-"being rich for parents only".For this reason,this paper picks the second generation of small and medium-sized family from Wenzhou who owns enterprises as research objects.Starting from the perspective of their willingness on the succession of enterprises,this paper summarizes the relevant factors which will impact their behaviors based on the research literature at home and abroad.Also,this paper puts forward the corresponding hypothesis and does the multiple linear regression analysis,which contributes the model for influencing factors of succession.This article abstracts from four aspects:individual,interpersonal relationship,organization and environment,and got seven basic assumptions:internal career aspirations,enterprise system cognition,material and spiritual feedback,external employment environment awareness,family harmony,professional manager system awareness and background variables.Through the questionnaire analysis and the analysis of 42 intergenerational inheritance factors,this paper provides six major factors as factor variables,and then makes linear regression analysis.At last,based on the scientific analysis method,the hypothesis was verified and testified.The results show that the four factors of career aspiration,family system cognition,material and spiritual feedback and family harmony have a significant effect on second generation' succession while the external employment awareness and professional managers have just little impact.In addition,this article also makes the variance analysis under the background of children's situation,concluding that gender differences will have a significant impact on children's inheritance willingness.
