Faced with the fierce market competition, China's real estate industry is undergoing a major adjustment Currently. Industry restructuring is an important trend of development for the real estate industry. With the development of the fierce market competition and the operational risks, the knowledge workers became more and more important for the survival and the growth of enterprises because they have created the majority of value. In sharp contrast to the high-speed growth of the real estate industry, the low level of human resource management is still an existing problem. Motivation is an important aspect of human resources management. This paper combines the existing motivation theories with an actual case of the real estate company to discuss how to practice the effective Knowledge worker motivation model in the real estate companies.This paper reviews some important theories on motivation, then suggests that different method should be employed according to the analysis of the knowledge worker incentive factors. The research Methods in this paper are: (1)Combination of Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis; (2)Literature Analysis; (3)Case study.The Innovations in this paper are: (1) Propose some targeted measures to motivate the knowledge workers in the real estate companies; (2)Make analysis and argument according to the facts and the data ,and combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis; (3)Take the China SCE Property Holdings Limited as a study case to make empirical study,combine theory with practice.The main conclusions of this paper are: (1) The growth of our real estate companies call for strengthening the motivation of the knowledge worker; (2)There are still many problems on the knowledge worker motivation in our real estate companies; (3)Targeted measures must be taked to strengthen the knowledge worker motivation system.
