Empirical Studies On The Evaluation Of The Core Competitiveness Of Jinchuan Group Ltd.

Core competence is the source of sustainable competitive advantage in a company. For China's enterprises, it has a stronger practice guiding significance. In order to compete in the long term in an invincible position,enterprises have to improve internal managements and strengthen the cultivation of core competitiveness. As larger non-ferrous metal processing enterprises,in the face of fierce market competition both at home and abroad,in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantage and become the competition leader, China's Jinchuan must rely on core competencies.From the Jinchuan Corporation's actual situation,first of all,this paper carries on the summary to the correlation theories of enterprise core competitiveness. Basic of clear concepts and theories,it gives a concise statement of the company's internal and external development environment. Then it obtains the bottleneck of the core competitiveness of Jinchuan Corporation which are the technical ability,the managed capacity and marketing ability. Secondly,combined with the characteristics and development status of the Jinchuan Corporation,this article selects representative indicators from financial and non-financial. Based on the principle of comparability,feasibility,systematic,it uses factor analysis to establish the enterprise's core competitiveness evaluation index system from financial indicators. Then it tests Jinchuan Company's core competitiveness and obtains the conclusion. Jinchuan Corporation ranked relatively high in the non-ferrous metal profession. The status of resources and business capacity is good. But profit ability and growth ability are insufficient.Finally,this paper made the means of measures to cultivate the core competitiveness of the Jinchuan Company. Jinchuan Company should strengthen R & D of new products,foster corporate culture,enhance the marketing capabilities,and expand the construction of enterprise information. These countermeasures are expected to be useful for the cultivation of Jinchuan Company on the enterprise's core competitiveness and play a role on the cultivation of the other non-ferrous metals enterprise's core competitiveness.
