Qingyang city, located in the central Loess Plateau, is a traditional agricultural area. Agriculture occupies a larger proportion in the national economy. In recent years, driven by the CCP's policy of benefiting agriculture, agricultural economy of the city has been developing rapidly. farmers benefit from the policy. Rural areas have changed dramatically. Meanwhile, the adjustment of economic structure in agriculture is characterized by the following three aspects: First, the adjustment of agricultural economy is becoming market oriented; Second, production in large-scale and regional distribution has been brought by superior industry; Third, leading enterprises is growing in strength.The policy is an important tool to promote national economic development and has a significant role in promoting strategic restructuring of agricultural economy. First of all, empirical research was made on the basic situation of the city's policy of financial support for the agriculture. its effects and practices evaluated, and an analysis of output, regional structure, industry structure was made in the structure of agricultural economy of the city.In such a context, this paper is aimed at making an analysis of relationship between the policy of financial support for agriculture in Qingyang city and the adjustment of economic structure in agriculture. The conclusion that agricultural expenditure is promoted to increase financial support for agriculture is reached based on the use of Granger Causality Test. Finally, some comments and suggestions was made on the city's financial support for the adjustment of economic structurae in agriculture.
