With the auto industry in recent years the rapid development and international large-scale comprehensive Automotive Group to enter the Chinese market,automotive and related industries and is gradually becoming an important pillar of China's industrial industries.The auto industry becoming more competitive,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,many large foreign enterprises to establish a comprehensive competitive intelligence system.Competitive Intelligence is a system,which is enterprises on the competitive environment,competitors and competitive information and research strategy in order to form a business unique,value-added advantages of competitive intelligence for the future development of enterprises to provide strategic support,and ultimately to achieve enhanced and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises purposes.At present,some large auto manufacturing companies in the information technology and e-business system has made some achievements.However,a complete system of competitive intelligence that make automobile manufacturers meet the development needs and in line with the characteristics of automotive manufacturing industry is still in the stage of R & D and promotion.At present,many scholars the concept of knowledge management and the introduction of technical means to build a competitive intelligence system,the competition has greatly increased the accuracy of intelligence and efficiency,but the research is still in the exploratory stage theory,this theory really applied to specific industries or enterprises also rarely.Paper first analyzes the knowledge management and the internal relations of competitive intelligence,analysis shows that the concept of knowledge management and technology into the construction of competitive intelligence system that can be effectively solved in the traditional competitive intelligence problems,knowledge management and competitive intelligence complement each other,to improve the efficiency of competitive intelligence system.Secondly,the combination of motor vehicle manufacturers of the characteristics and needs of competitive intelligence,knowledge management and competitive intelligence organic combination of the System of Competitive Intelligence System car model and the overall structure of the structure of the model subsystem, introduced the various subsystems of the functions and processes to build.Construction of the car manufacturers to adapt to competitive intelligence system model of knowledge map, knowledge base and expertise to the community,such as knowledge management technology into a key competitive intelligence system.Finally,a large automobile manufacturing enterprise competitive intelligence system,combined with theoretical models and implementation of programs carried out empirical research.
