In recent years, private enterprises play a more and more important role in China's national economy . Enterprises' scale is also gradually expanding. They have become an important place to absorb the workforce. With China's accession to the WTO, China's private enterprises enjoy the great opportunities for development, while they are also facing the serious challenge of domestic and foreign enterprises. Foster and enhance the core competitiveness is the most urgent task of China's private enterprises. And the enterprise culture as the core competitiveness plays a very important part in the enterprises. Therefore, if private enterprises want to survive and develop in the competition, they must establish their own excellent enterprise culture. Who can build the culture with characteristics of the times and meet the requirements of the times, who can become a winner in the competition. At present, although most of the enterprises have a certain degree of understanding on cultural construction according to the status quo,paying attention to the form and contempt of meaning ,"commander culture" and other problems are still affecting the healthy development of enterprises. No modern enterprise cultural ideas and suitable cultural environment have become a major weakness of the private enterprises development. So this thesis uses private enterprise culture as entry points, using experience conclusion method, comparative analysis of research, normative analysis and case analysis combining method and uses the related theories to provide measures and advice about how to build private enterprise culture.This thesis starts with the function and significance of analysis of cultural construction of bigger and stronger private enterprises,first have a brief overview of enterprise culture and then define the private enterprises.Analyse the characteristics of China's private enterprises and the features and functions of private enterprise culture. Then analyse the status quo of private enterprise culture and find out the existing problems.So as to demonstrate the necessity for shaping culture.Then describe the principles,objectives,contents of private enterprise culture construction.Analyze the measures and problems by case studies on private enterprise culture.Finally,it uses the cultural construction of De Li Si Group Co. Ltd. as the case to demonstrated the effects that culture improves the enterprise's core competitiveness.This thesis believes that at this stage if private enterprises want to establish excellent enterprise culture,they must match the current situation and begin from their own actual conditions, absorbing China's outstanding traditional culture, benefiting from advanced foreign management concepts and outstanding cultural achievements of enterprise. Explore bravely and innovate to build enterprise brand, make the enterprise culture the promoter for the enterprise development.
