Private enterprise is a necessarily important economic power in the development of Chinese market economy. Along with the rapid development of our economy, the constant adjustment of economic structure in recent years, private enterprise’s market competitiveness, economic strength increases substantially, and capital dimensions expands apparently, the influence to the economy development of our country has also deepened. However, because of China’s private enterprise starting lately, and the history of development having many twists and turns, China’s private enterprise is more vulnerable to the influence of the social environment, and the market volatility, enhance strengthening the operation and management of private enterprise is the direction of the future development of private enterprise, and the building of enterprise culture is an important task.China’s private enterprise culture has its own characteristics, in the process of its construction, not only is it influenced by the Western concept of corporate culture, but also by the Chinese traditional culture, regional culture, as well as the law of development of private enterprise, so there are a lot of difficulties in private enterprise culture building. Mainly as follows:How to make the private enterprise business philosophy combine with cultural ideas, taking into account the operational efficiency and enterprise should bear the social responsibility; How to play the role of the corporate culture of harmonious labor relations; How to integrate the Western culture, the traditional culture, and the regional culture into the corporate culture, to create a unique corporate culture; How to make the corporate culture effectively landing etc.In view of these difficulties existing in the private enterprise culture construction, the successful experience of Zhejiang Transfar Group provide a reference. Zhejiang Transfar Group was founded in1986, from the initial small family workshop operating washing products, developed to today, it was a well-known diversified modern private enterprise group, its career field involve chemical, logistics, agriculture, science and technology city, investment five plates. To2010, Zhejiang Transfar Group rowed the379th in Chinese500strong enterprise, the sixty-fourth in the Chinese500strong private enterprise, the tenth in Chinese500strong competitiveness of large enterprise groups, the ninety-third in Chinese500strong brand.Investigating the way of the Transfar Group’s success, it can be found, the Transfar Group’s corporate culture can’t be ignored, accompanied by the every major transition of the Transfar Group, Transfar’s corporate culture also is in ceaseless promotion. Before1995, the Transfar Group was in the start-up stage, during this period the Transfar Group permeated diligent and pragmatic, pioneering and aggressive spirit, etc cultural factors into the business development work, and the sense of social responsibility began to sprout in enterprise interior. From1996to2000, the Transfar Group formally put the corporate culture construction on the agenda and constantly enriched it, and gradually formed a corporate culture as the core of the concept of "social responsibility" and "integrity, pragmatism, innovation, development" connotation. After2000, the Transfar Group entered a new stage of pluralism development, as the business continues to grow, the Transfar made the culture of social responsibility be a more systematic, in-depth practice, clearly put forward "business people-oriented, development people firstly" concept of development and the "integrity, pragmatic, innovation, development" corporate values, the Transfar Group’s unique corporate culture stepped into the maturation period. its characteristics mainly reflected as follows:Paying attention to the construction of harmonious labor relations; Permeating the education into recreation, paying attention to the fusion of traditional culture and the corporate culture; Paying attention to "party building and the construction of labor union organization", taking its leading and organizational advantage; Paying attention to balance and unity of the enterprise management and the enterprise culture, using the sense of responsibility to lead and restrict the development of enterprise.Summarizing the Transfar Group’s successful experience of enterprise culture construction, the culture construction of Chinese private enterprise can take such effective ways. First of all, playing party building and ideological and political education macro guidance in the construction of enterprise culture; Secondly, establishing harmonious culture in the enterprise interior, and constructing harmonious labor relation; Finally, cultivating the sense of social responsibility and awareness of the rule of law, and through popularizing law, strengthening the staffs’ legal knowledge education, enhancing their sense of social responsibility.
