Only when modern enterprise system is bound to mixdeeply with Chinese traditional culture after it was introduced into china, it may overgrow andlast for long. Some regions has formed its own special local culture. The local culture impactsand decides the business strategy and enterprise culture, the leaders’ decision, and employees’ideology, and therefore makes one local enterprise from another.During the long history, Yimeng people have cultivated their character of plainness,honesties, industriousness and commitment from the Confucius essence of righteousness,integrity, trustworthy, peace, and this collects special quality power and has established asolid development base for modern enterprises.
