The Research On Evaluation Of The Green Technological Innovation Ability Of Pulp And Paper Enterprise

With the problem of environment and resources becoming increasingly prominent, green technological innovation is the new trend of technological innovation.Guided by the values of sustainable development, taking the resource conservation and the environmental protection as the core, in pursuit of sound and fast development as the starting point and the foothold, the green technological innovation becomes the fundamental approach to sustainable development. Resources&environmental issues are one of the bottlenecks of constraining the development for paper industry,to launch green technological innovation is an inevitable choice for the pulp and paper enterprise. Scientific and objective evaluation of the pulp and paper enterprise green technology innovation ability has great significance for promoting green technology innovation research and practice, formulating scientific strategies on this basis,as well as improving green technology ability and ultimate establishing the green competitive advantage for pulp and paper enterprise of China.This research mainly conducts the exploration research to the evaluation of pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation ability.According to the pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation's characteristic, establishes a set of more reasonable evaluating index system. Based on this, choose and analyse mathematics evaluating method which is appropriate and mature in theory and in practice. Take the evaluating index system as the foundation and the evaluating method as a means to evaluate the green technology innovation ability of pulp and paper enterprise. Finally, with comprehensive using literature material, field surveys, statistical analysis, data analysis, comparative analysis, expert interviews and other methods, conducts the case study taking the typical pulp and paper enterprise as an example.The research divide the pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation ability into green technological innovation investment ability, green technological innovation R&D ability, green manufacturing ability, green technological innovation management ability, green market marketing ability and green technological innovation output ability.Constructs a better evaluation index system,which provids the new theory weapon for pushing and improving the green technology innovation for the pulp and paper enterprise;evaluates the pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation ability,which unifies using AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the first time,so the enterprise green technological innovation ability evaluation study field of vision is expanded,also the effective way of quantitative analysis for green technological innovation ability is explored,which suits the pulp and paper enterprise . Case evaluation study which carries on to the pulp and paper enterprise, and the discussion of results following ,has confirmed the evaluation method scientific nature and the feasibility and provided the reference for the implementation and management of the pulp and paper enterprise green technological innovation.
