Researches On The Project Planning Of The Substation In Inner Mongolia Linhe Xijiao

Project Planning is an important component of Project Management and also is a premise for success to project construction. Prophase project planning is to establish the objective of project and to demonstrate the goal feasibly and to provide the basis for the approval. This is the process of establishing direction and project inoculation. So, not only is it extremely important to the entire life period, but also to the entire system of the project.On the basis of the theory of project planning, the paper presents the general situation of project, requirement analysis of construction and location condition. Also the project planning studys from technology, economic, environmental protection and energy saving, project evaluation and so on. First of all, to research the technology planning from substation designing, civil construction, path selection of transmission line and project assumption; and then carried out for the economic planning from investment analysis and estimation; then it researches environmental protection and energy saving and occupational safety and health; and finally, the paper evaluates the project from economic benefit.
