Northern China Regions Medium-and Long-term Load Forecast And Power Grid Planning

Load forecasting accuracy has a direct impact on the development of power industry. Power grid layout is not only main element of economic and social development,but also infrastructure of long term development in an electrical power company.Power grid layout base on load forecasting,therefore it's strongly influence whether satisfy economic development demand in its supply region,moreover insure grid running safety and reliability.This paper base on researching mid-long term load forecasting theory and be familiar with various of load forecasting methodology,deeply analyses on the load of north China grid and status of economic development on this region.According to north China development strategic plan and economic development strategic plan,it forecasts 2010-2020 the load and the electricity consumption of north China region by applying the single-consume forecast model and the per capita household electricity consumption forecast model.It analysis harvest of north China "the 11th Five-Year Development Guidelines" plan base on this load forecasting,furthermore it expects 2010-2020 Development Guidelines" layout planning.
