Study On Project Planning Of Wulanji 220kv Substation Construction Project

In this paper, we took the Wulanji 220kv power transmission project as the research object in order to study the project pre-planning of the construction project, based on the study of project planning theory. First, summarize the related basic theory of project planning. Secondly, introduced the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Systems profile, forecast the Baotou area load forecasting, and summed up the necessity of the construction project. Third, described the system protection, attemper automation, system communication of the power transmission project. Fourth, determined the substation sites and to assume the ideas of the substation. Fifth, estimated project investment, and evaluated its cost-effectiveness. Finally, gave the conclusions which project planning is feasible and project planning proposals based on analysis and evaluation of all aspects.
