The stimulation mechanism of China power project build project staff is discussed in this thesis based on the reference of in stimulation theories and the implication of project management theory, project personnel management theory and employment stimulation theory. First, it is analyzed the difference between a power engineering project, a general construction project. It will explain the motivational characterizes of project management staff and how important to build the employment stimulation system grounded on project management. Second, this thesis analyzes the surrounding environment of power engineering project and classified project organization staff. It is explain the difference on demand structure of various project organization staff through analysis of power engineering project staff's key needs. Third, power engineering project all processor stimulation research is carried on the ground of synthetically model of incentive mechanism on the interrelated factors. And finally, the policy the solve power engineering project is argued.
