Research On Optimizing Human Resource Ecosystem Of The Three Gorges Region

Human resource ecosystem's advantages and disadvantages is an important factor of impacting the social and local economic development,and its research has become more and more concerned. In this study, as research subjects, Three Gorges region is an important parts of the economic belt along the Yangtze River, and it is a very important position in promoting economic development of along the Yangtze River and China's eastern and western areas of economic exchange. This study, based on the Three gorges region of economic and social sustainable development perspective, has analyzed the status and problems of Three gorges region's Human resource ecosystem, and pointed out the remodeling of the human environment,social system environment and economic environment of the Three Gorges region, to achieve the optimization of the Human resource ecosystem of Three gorges region. This study has important theoretical and practical significance of improving human resources ecology, ameliorating the Human resource ecosystem of Three gorges region, and promoting economic and social coordinate development of Three gorges region .The main contents of this paper are:Firstly, this article start from the basic concept of the ecosystem, then present the concept of human resources ecosystem and the various elements of this system, and analyze the human resources ecosystem, put forward a study of human resources of ecosystem indicators, and on the base of this work, present the theory of human resource ecosystem dynamic adjustment, then analyze status quo of research of the Three Gorges region of human resources, and find that the study of Three Gorges region of human resources ecosystem is almost not existed.Secondly, Three Gorges region's human resources status quo and the talents of future human resources needs ,and the human resources socio-ecological environment are analyzed, pointing out that the problems of Three Gorges region's human resources ecosystem, in order to make this article more convincing, this article based on collecting data carefully and personal interviews, has done a case study human resources ecosystem in Xingshan County, Hubei Province, pointing out human resources ecosystem's the status quo and the problem of Xingshan County.Thirdly, based on the careful analysis of the human resource ecosystem problems of the Three Gorges region, this article present the countermeasures of optimizing human resources ecosystem of the Three Gorges region: mainly re-inventing human environment of human resources development, and improving the social system, optimizing environment of human resources social system, and developing economic strongly , optimizing human resources economic environment , and proceeding multi-channel, improving the investment environment and education, and fostering and developing the human resources and so on, and improving the human resource ecosystem of the Three Gorges region effectively, and promoting the economic and social coordinated development.
