In the agricultural and industrial-oriented society,social work is labor-intensive work,accounted for the majority of manual workers,and knowledge workers,in which only serve as a small number of managers and researchers.The Principles of Scientific Management Taylor has this in,depth research,he set out for manual labor-intensive enterprises in the management of basic management.The era of knowledge economy,enterprises have a large number of different from the traditional knowledge of manual workers,their work in today's enterprises play an increasingly crucial role.·Peter Drucker in the "21st century management challenges" in the productivity of knowledge workers made a visit and pointed out that the individual and the organizational changes in the basic attitude,as well as structural changes in the work itself are needed to enhance productivity.Drucker stressed that the productivity of knowledge workers in the 21st century the greatest challenge management.In developed countries,this is the first of their survival needs.How will the idea of scientific management applied to the management of knowledge workers to fully stimulate their initiative,so as to enable them in the enterprise to create even greater value,is currently managing one of the important tasks.The main source of future wealth is knowledge,knowledge workers are the most vital assets.One important task for managers is to work for knowledge workers and knowledge management.In this paper,the structure is divided into four parts,first of all in the first chapter, to clarify the concept of knowledge workers,the ability to define the definition of knowledge workers,in comparison to the most recent in the West of the various definitions of knowledge workers,the author gives more reasonable definition of that. Chapter from a realistic point of view of corporate governance to manage the knowledge of the importance and necessity of workers.ChapterⅢanalyzes the characteristics of the demand for knowledge workers,the characteristics and work characteristics in mind.For this characteristic,the author in ChapterⅣto make some practical knowledge workers for the number of management models,to give the current management of Chinese enterprises of great reference value to provide ideas and opinions.In this paper,the characteristics is that the first definition of knowledge workers and its capacity to analyze the need for the management of knowledge workers and the role of,and then analyze the various characteristics of knowledge workers,the last of these characteristics for the corresponding model solution.
