Along with global economic integration, trade liberalization, the information network era of knowledge economy and post-industrial society, traditional business culture to the new commercial,now the environment is becoming more and more changing, competition more increasing. So the most important issue is how tomanagement human capital, performance, continuing operations. Enterprises have proposed that knowledge as an important strategic resource.They reserve management knowledge resources to create sustainable competitive advantage to adapt new environment.Knowledge workers are the carrier of knowledge learning,creating and applicating,they have become the key subject of enterprises. Enterprises's performance is directlydetermined by knowledge workers. But now many enterprises pay attention to slogan with knowledge workers, there is no scientific, rational and effective performance evaluation to to evaluate their performance.It dampen the enthusiasm and loyalty of knowledge workers. Therefore, It is important to study the performance evaluation of knowledge workers.Firstly,the article make a literature review of knowledge workers, performance evaluation and knowledge workers performance evaluation. Secondly the article analysis the existing methods of knowledge workers performance evaluation and the problem of methods meanwhile the reasons for the problem. Introduce FAHP based on previous theoretical,it describes the principle, procedure of the method and considers the factors of selecting, highlighting the importance of FAHP. Thirdly,it describes the application of FAHP among knowledge workers detaily,including the selecting performance indicators of knowledge worker performance evaluation and constructing performance indicators system to determine relative weight index.. Finally,the article introduces the application of FAHP among knowledge workers with a specific case and put perfect strategy.
