The economic integration of whole world and the development of new technology affect our wok life at all times.Organizations make themselves more slimly and more scant" to answer a world-wide competition by the innovation of whittling down people and adopting new originality such as TQM and JIT.These restrict measures make more stress on organizations and employees.Now work stress is overspreading among our organizations and employees,but not occurring in west developed countries or scholars' research.We focus on and study work stress because it has started to endanger our organizations and workers surpassing the function of prompting.Basing the past theory research,the article chooses IT employees in Beijing as study object,and we investigate the work stress of IT employees by questionnaire.The IT employees are different from each other in age,sex,job position,property of organizations that our study can reflect the whole character of Beijing IT employees' work stress.The questionnaire factors we choose includes:the source of work stress;the personality and the different background.We hope our study can make IT employees and their organizations completely realize their work stress and mastery stress management tactics,and our advice can help IT employees and their organization healthily develop.
