In recent years, most of Networked Logistics Enterprises have owned logistics service networks covering regional or national markets, and their sub-node companies are adept to regional markets or a certain industry. Then, the key to increase Networked Logistics Enterprise's competition advantages relies on improving the integrated operation level of the whole logistics network. Therefore, how to make a scientific evaluation system combining the characteristics of integrated operation in Networked Logistics Enterprise has become the subject of this paper. Therefore, the dissertation, taking the integrated operation in Networked Logistics Enterprise as a research object, beginning from theoretical analysis of integrated operation in Networked Logistics Enterprise, establishes the conceptual model and analyzes the driving forces to enhance the integrated operation capability in Networked Logistics Enterprise and the key factors to affect it.On this basis, the evaluation index system of the capacity of integrated operation in Networked Logistics Enterprise is constructed and the evaluation model is established with fuzzy overall evaluation method based on combination weighting, and illuminated the validity of this method by case analyzing. This method has analysis, evaluation and diagnosis functions,it can evaluate the overall capability of integrated operation in Networked Logistics Enterprise;moreover can evaluate a single subject of integrated operation. The result of evaluation can help manager continuously enhance the level of integrated operation in Networked Logistics Enterprise, and make decision better so as to improve the integrated operation further more.
