Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Networked Logistics Enterprise

With the development of economic globalization, Networked Logistics Enterprise has become an important organization. However, In China, it is still in exploring stage, for many companies, it is difficult to coordinate every logistics node's operation because of lack of the scientific performance management. So it become an urgent problem to solve and a main subject to study that how to establish a set of efficient performance evaluation system.Based on the relative research review of logistics enterprise network and its performance evaluation at home and abroad, this paper explicit the definition of networked logistics enterprise and analyze its performance particularity. Through explanation of the performance evaluation theory, a complete frame of networked logistics enterprise performance is set up according to some principles. Then the paper emphatically analyze the building of the three-level index system of performance evaluating, which involves the network level, the operation level, and the ending level. Especially, the article stresses the importance of the network level index. Finally, combined with the method of AHP and Fuzzy, a model of networked logistics performance evaluation is put forward. Using Spreadsheet, we adopt the way of simulation to prove the feasibility of this method, and meanwhile, some improving performance measurements are proposed. The above research results are significant for the performance evaluation theory and practice and we hope to promote the rapid development of networked logistics enterprise.
