The Approach Of Resource Allocaion In Multi-projects Management And Ameliorated

Currently, with the change of enterprise environment, the enterprises adopt the project management to fit in with the change; and now enterprises are up against a new problem—the multi-project management. Using the multi-project management, some new problems are extracted. This problems badger the multi-project management to be used.Building a new methodology of multi-project resource allocation and studying the environment to solve some important problems finding in using the multi-project management is the paper's purpose. Three aspects will be studying in the paper.First, the feature of dynamic multi-project management is introduced. And based on the feature and the research in multi-project management, a new methodology of dynamic multi-project resource allocation is building. An example is used to introduce how to use the methodology.Secondly, aiming for the fault of dynamic resource allocation in multi-project management, the methodology is ameliorated. Using computer simulation, the two methodologies—un-ameliorated and ameliorated, are compared. The result explains the ameliorated methodology be better than un-ameliorated in allocating resource. Besides,the ameliorated methodology is also useful to solve the problem of project capacity.At last, the paper analyses the game between the project managers. A cooperative game model and an evolutionary game model are established. The results show that evolutionary game's evolutionary direction is closely related to players'off and influenced by system's initial status. With the results, some advices are given for enterprises to successful using the dynamic resource allocation methodology.Applying systemic method and thinking, a new methodology of resource allocation and multi-project management model is established. It is very useful for enterprises of project to successful allocate their resource and apply the project management.
