Study On Market Developement Of Supervision Enterprise In Chinese Highway Construction

In this paper,analogy,induction and case analysis are applied to analyze the development trend of Chinese highway construction supervision enterprises and their background and supervision unit's conditions,contrasting with nature,characteristics, content,models of highway construction supervision enterprises at home and abroad, selectively extract several problems during highway construction supervision enterprises' development process,reveal current situation,problems and their reasons about development of Chinese highway construction supervision enterprises,sum up new development trend and characteristics of supervision enterprises in new era,reflect urgency to change and find solutions for highway construction supervision enterprises.This paper analyzes problems of Chinese highway construction supervision enterprises.By combining analogy,induction and case analysis,put forward new model and measures for Chinese highway construction supervision mechanism,reflects operational aspect of the methods and measures,aim at strengthening the reform of supervision agency and training supervision staff,fatherly improve laws and regulations and the management system to better learn the advanced experience of foreign countries. Combined with Chinese national conditions,actively create conditions to explore new models of the highway construction supervision,promote highway construction supervision from the traditional model of advisory services fees to the provision of risk management services in projects for owners,promote Chinese highway construction from the single construction supervision phase to achieve objectives of the project control to a full range of supervision on the highway project,establish a number of industry-specific, credible enterprises on highway supervision.Combined with the related modern enterprise management theory,dicuss development solutions for the highway supervision enterprise,which is enterprise reform,business strategy,particularly in the current domestic construction quality supervision brand strategy,researching and participating in the "Agent System" works and project management and so on;human resources development strategies;feasible positive development ways to highway construction supervision enterprises,and give the corresponding solutions to the problem after accession to the WTO.
