Salary management is an important aspect of human resource management and it is greatly significant for personnel training and strategic development of enterprises. Scientific and reasonable salary management plays significant role to help enterprise improve key competition, attract excellent talents and inspire employee. In this paper, we have a basic understanding of salary management status of Anhui Highway Engineering Supervision Enterprises based on the relevant research and identify the some following issues from the macroscopic perspective. Firstly, the thought of a salary management is out of date. Then, increased pay channel is single. The third one is that salary performance assessment indicators are not clear enough. Also, long-term incentive of compensation management is not enough. Besides, the salary amount of managers is related to the job performance rarely. The last problem is that the salary of employee is on low level with less difference. To study the actual problem in K’s case further, we make a detailed analysis in this article with hope to provide salary reform proposal for company K from the microcosmic perspective. After the previous analyses which are done from both of the macroscopic and microcosmic perspectives, and in order to solve the problems as mentioned above, this article gave some suggestions for Anhui Highway Engineering Supervision enterprises based on the relevant compensation management including:establishing the philosophy of modern salary management; improving salary model; identifying scientific salary construction; optimizing the position management; improving encourage mechanism; establishing gap evaluation and so on.
