The Study On The Model Of Recycling Economy Development In Agriculture In Shandong Province

Agriculture is basic for the national economy, which is also the key issue of economic and social development. Due to the decisive role the agricultural growth method plays in the sustainable development of resources, the transition of traditional and extensive form of agricultural growth is especially important to improve the sustainable development of agriculture. Agricultural cycle economy is the core of comprehensive agricultural sustainable development strategy, which is also the basic procedure in the construction of gross national economy and the relevant social system. As a result, to develop agricultural cycle economy and construct a development method that has regional characteristics is the most practical and effective strategy.For a long time, the agricultural growth of Shandong province had been relying on a traditional extensive form. As the pressure of the population, resources, and environment highlight, the potential of traditional economic growth mode has come to its limitation. It has become an important research to find out a new mode for the economic growth, transit the traditional economic growth mode and to achieve the goal of agricultural sustainable development. The rising of agricultural cycle economy will effectively settle the problems of the agricultural sustainable development of Shandong province. Shandong is an economic powerful province and also a mega agricultural province. The experience of Shandong province in the construction of agricultural modernization has some typical and model characters. The purpose of this research is to combine the practice of Shandong province, try to probe a special way of agricultural sustainable development, and thus to provide suggestions and guidance for the same region of the whole country.The article made a thorough research on the process of agricultural cycle economic development both domestically and overseas, resorted to the analysis method of comparison, conclusion and deduction. The article chose Shandong province as example, researched on the basic theory of agricultural cycle economy, and came to a technical method for assess the situation of agricultural modernization. On the basis of the local research and wide investigation, the article made cluster analysis with SPSS software. The article divided the agricultural economy according to different types of region, and brought in a available mode for the agricultural cycle economic development, which is commonly fit for different regions. The article contains six parts.First,the article introduces the theoretical basis of agricultural cycle economy, which gives a brief description of the agricultural cycle economy from the perspective of agricultural sustainable development. And then is the history and current situation of agricultural cycle economy of Shandong province. Next is empirical research, which assesses the developing level of agricultural cycle economy of Shandong province from the perspective of society, economy, population and resources, after ananylizing the influential component of the development of cycle economy in Shandong. Then the content is the analysis of the developing mode of agricultural cycle ecnomy of Shandong, which also resorts to the perspective of society, economy, population and resources to promote regional division of the agricultural cycle economy of Shandong province, and brings up economic developing modes according to different regions. The last part is the way to implement and protect measures of the agricultural cycle economy of Shandong.
