The Study On The Development Of Recycling Agriculture In Shandong Province

Since the reform and opening-up, the agricultural development of Shandong Province has obtained remarkable achievement. But the agricultural production still focuses on the way of backwardness, extensiveness and resources-consumption. At the same time, the agricultural resources of Shandong province are insufficient and extravagant seriously, which restricts the agricultural sustainable development. In the face of the problems which restrict the agricultural sustainable development of Shandong Province, reform and promotion of agricultural development becomes inevitable. In 2006, the "Number One" document proposes explicitly the request of developing the recycling agriculture to construct the new socialistic country. The recycling agriculture emphasizes the clean production and multistage-circulation use of wastes. It saves the resources and reduces the pollution through an echelon and closed circle of matter and energy circulation which can make the agriculture ecosystem and economy-system transform to the positive-direction cycle and provide a new thoughtway of promoting the agriculture sustainable development of Shandong Province. This study aims to analyze and research the development of recycling agriculture in Shandong Province. The thesis is divided into six parts:Chapter 1.The introduction mainly explains the meaning and purpose of this paper, elaborates domestic and international research status of recycling agriculture, theory basis, puts forward methods and thoughtway of this paper, and makes explanations for the creations and innovation.Chapter 2. This part is the theory summary of the paper, it introduces the relative theory of recycling agriculture including the definition and features, the comparison with the traditional agriculture , circulation gradations , basic principles and supporting technologies of recycling agriculture.Chapter 3. This part mainly analyzes the current situation of the recycling agriculture development in Shandong province. At first, it introduces the strategic sense of the recycling agriculture development in Shandong province, and then analyzes the superiorities and the difficulties in the recycling agriculture development in Shandong province.Chapter 4. This part summarizes the successful modes of recycling agriculture in Shandong province currently, and analyzes the choices of recycling agricultural development in different places of Shandong province.Chapter 5. Through building the evaluation index system of recycling agricultural development in Shandong province, this part analyzes the recycling agriculture development of Shandong province from the year of 1990 to 2005 and puts forward some conclusions, that is, the trend of Shandong's recycling agriculture is developing at a high speed as a whole and the reduced devotion of resources and depravation of ecosystem environment are barriers that limit the development of recycling agriculture.Chapter 6. This part comes up with measures of promoting the development of recycling agriculture in Shandong province, based on the restriction factors which exist in the recycling agriculture development in Shandong province and the problems which are discovered by the integrated evaluation.
