Recycling-oriented society, which is fully consistent with the sustainable development, is based on circular economy as the basic model of economic development. It has close contact with the circular economy .Recycling-oriented society provides the ideological system and rules to circular economy , thus making it possible to become a true ecological economic. Construction of a recycling-oriented society has become an inevitable choice for human society for Sustainable development.Construction of a recycling-oriented society rise in developed countries as Japan and German.
