A Study On The Pattern Choice Of Rural Endowment Insurance In Shanxi Province

Rural old-age insurance system is one of the main aspects of social security in rural areas,which is vital to the quality of present or future life about 70% of the total population. Constrained by various factors, China's rural social endowment cause has undergone the first step, stagnation, and then the third stages. In the new historical period, in order to carry out the work of rural social endowment, every district actively explores ways based on its own economic and social development and shows the path of diversification options.Every district should establish and improve rural social endowment insurance system compatible with its rural social and economic development as soon as possible, according to the goals of comprehensively building a well-off society and perfecting the social security system. Started in 1992, Shanxi's rural social endowment insurance has made great development, which restarted from 2003, however, restricted by economics, social development, population and people's income, all localities have made regional differences in the process of implementaion. In the article, the author puts that Shanxi's rural old-age insurance system is non- balanced, based on the analysis of actual economic and social development by using statistical methods and any other ways.Due to the need of reseach, the author analyzes his subject from 5 sections. In the first part, the author mainly puts the background ,literature review and methods of the research. In the second one, the author analyzes the current situation of Shanxi's rural old-age insurance system from 4 aspects: the guiding ideology, relationships between different districts that implements the system, operating system and the problems that exist in operation.In the third one, the author provides some proposals about the mode selection for Shanxi's rural social endowment system, based on the analysis of the factors, basic model and the choice of non-equilibrium model. In the forth part, the author points out the trend of Shanxi's rural social endowment insurance after explaining the support system and factors that influenced sustainable development. In the end, the author concludes his article.In short, because rural social endowment problem involves extensive, far-reaching impacts, we should carry out it grudullly and properly in order to realize health and sustainable development of the society.
