A Novel System For NSFC Data Display Based On GIS

Science Foundation System has been widely used as the principal means of a national science and technology resource's allocation and management in the international.Fund Data Management for informationization construction is quite later than in the US and developed country.Along with science fund data's unceasing increase,the informationization management request is getting higher and higher. Regardless of basic data,or critical analysis,evaluation indicators are objectively relations with geographic information and the statistical analysis of Science Foundation Data Management Systems ignored geographical feature.The science fund data management need more flexible the effective statistical method and the demonstration method.The GIS technology,visualization methods into Science Foundation Data management,analysis,evaluation system,we can not only combine of Science Foundation Management characteristics and needs,To develop a more user-friendly operation and the system interface.Moreover provide Display means for Science Foundation Data Management Systems.This project take the national natural fund project "the applied research for GIS method in the science fund statistical analysis (project NO.J0724003)" as a background,The following work:(1) Research the basis of data and data structure of the National Natural Science Foundation project;analyze and construct the properties of the system database, Establish a spatial database of Science Foundation,Science Foundation data accomplish the attribute data;administrative divisions accomplish the keywords,by useing ArcSDE middleware technology to achieve the attribute database and spatial database link.the system laid the foundation for building.(2) Statistical analysis.Carries on the statistical analysis to the science fund managerial data,to realize the statistical result to demonstrate that lays the foundation.(3) Designs and realizes science fund data visualization system based on the GIS. firstly,this system will realize demonstration,enlargement,reduction,roaming, primitive demonstration for map based on GIS.Secondly,realize the science fund data statistical analysis,statistical analysis's result will carry on the development.Finally will display the novel visualization for statistical analysis rusult.
