As the important means of production and subsistence that closely related to the development of the national economy and people's livelihood,which involving national security,public safety and the overall interests of the community,the power is one of the industry that have the obvious characteristics of the service.To provide customers with a standardized service is the main social responsibility for power supply enterprises.On the basis of introducing the basic concept of customer service strategies,the paper analysis the status of customer service and environment of the Qinyang Electric Power Bureau,and makes out service strategies on the basis of SWOT,then puts forward a concrete strategy for customer service.The paper discusses the appraisal of the enterprise customer service strategy effect with the help of fuzzy evaluation method,at last deeply discusses the factors on implementing the customer service strategy in the future,and provides a useful guidance for power supply enterprises' customer service strategy.The Research has a direct and specific operational guidance for the Qinyang Electric Power Bureau to do well in the customer service from the view of the strategy.
