Performance management is the core content of human resource management.It can decide the human resource management level of a corporation and can also affect the promotion of corporation's competition ability.In this paper,through researching the performance management theory,XinYuan Company's performance management is analyzed as a research objective from the following aspects:comprehension,indicator system,feedback of performance efficiency and performance results application.Starting from the main operation and circumstance analysis,this paper proposes the aims and principles of performance management system design based on the guidance of strategy guide.Additionally,this paper also selects the gradual mode of performance management system design according to the real situation.This paper has considerable guide meaning and practical value for implementing efficient performance management in current power supply companies.
