The Study And Design Of The YGD Homemaking Company’s Staff Performance Management System

With the growing global economy and increasingly competitive market, one company, which wants to gain its competitive edge, must persevere to improve its performance. It is proved by the practice of many companies that the best way to improve the performance is to carry on performance management.This paper chose the YGD Homemaking Company staff performance management system as the research object. It appears lots of problems in the YGD Homemaking Company staff performance management system, such as the understanding of performance management, performance evaluation is not in conjunction with the staff work and can not motivate employees, lake of feedback on performance evaluation results, performance evaluation results only using in salary distribution and so on. These problems which cause the low satisfaction and high wastage rate of employees hinder the further development of the company. In addition How to build and improve staff performance management system is also the practical problems which many homemaking companies face to.On the basis of analysis of the current performance management status and the existing problems of YGD Domestic Company, we systematical review and adjust the workflow. By integral using advanced performance management theory of KPI BSC and 360-degree performance system, with combination of actual needs of the company, the article designs a set of new performance management system of YGD Domestic Company. At last, this paper introduced possible problems encountered and safeguard measures in the implementation of the new design staff performance management system and also proposed the defect of the redesign.
