In view of the customers'electric consumption situation in Changchun area ,this paper carries on the research of electric power customers'satisfaction degree. The Specific content includes: (1) According to the domestic and foreign research theories about customer satisfaction degree in different areas and the present situation of electric power profession, the paper elaborates the important meaning of Changchun electric power company carrying on the customer satisfaction degree evaluation. (2)It carries on the analysis to power supply environment in Changchun area. (3) It proposes the indicator system of electric power customer satisfaction degree evaluation. And basing on the indicator system, it designs questionnaire. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy Method to determine the weights of each Indicator. (4) According to survey result, using a assessment method basing on combination weight to conduct comprehensive evaluation of customer satisfaction degree. And carrying on the analysis to each second-level target. (5) Putting forward the improvement proposals in view of the existence question.
