Research On The Innovation Capability Of High-tech Enterprise In The Cluster

With the promotion of the Third Science and Technology Revolution to the global economy,most of countries attach great importance to the development of High-tech industry,so does China.The success of Silicon Valley and Zhongguancun demonstrates that Cluster has become the most successful model to develop the high-tech industry.And innovation is the most important element in the high-tech enterprise.But innovation capability of most high-tech enterprises in China compared to developed countries has also been an obvious gap.So how to make use of cluster to enhance the innovation capability of high-tech enterprise,which is practically meaningful to the development of high-tech enterprises and government policy-makers.This paper studies high-tech enterprise in the cluster.Firstly,this paper defines Innovation Capacity of High-technology Enterprise and describes the characteristics by the relation of knowledge and resource.Then,it analyses the innovation process and constructs a component model of innovation capacity.This component model includes the knowledge innovation capability,cultural innovation capability and resource innovation capability.Further more,this article analyses three influencing factors to innovation capability of high-tech enterprises in cluster,which is Knowledge Spillovers,Available Resources of Innovation,Embeddedness Culture of Innovation Clusters.Finally,this paper gives a preliminary quantification and questionnaire design to the innovation capability and factors.Then this paper studies Han Wang Technology Co.,Ltd.as a case,verifies that cluster is useful to enhance innovation capability of high-tech enterprise.The main contribution of this paper is to consider knowledge innovation ability and cultural innovation capability,and to give a preliminary quantification and questionnaire to the innovation capability of high-tech enterprise and influencing factors in cluster.
