For the academic study of the high-tech enterprise technology innovation ability for a long time. Based on the various dimensions of scholars to build a variety of evaluation system, and try to improve a variety of evaluation methods to evaluate the technological innovation capability of enterprises. This paper reviews the basis for scholars research on high-tech enterprises in the innovation process, influencing factors, evaluation index system, evaluation methods of innovation, the main contents and results are as follows.1. Define the meaning of high-tech enterprises, technological innovation, the concept of technological innovation capability of the three, extension of the concept is the basis for further research. Within the concept of scoping, based on prior research scholars in technology innovation, the paper build a high-tech enterprise technological innovation process models. This model innovation process is divided into internal and external environment two aspects between the two connected through market information. Internal Environmental Design in chronological order from the sense of innovation and product development to the conceptual model into the market, companies will visually demonstrate technical knowledge into products and processes.2. The basis for innovation in all stages of the process, analyze the impact factors of enterprise technology innovation. Innovation process is based on the analysis of influencing factors will be more comprehensive, to avoid missing.3. Fuzzy clustering algorithm based on P system. Effect of high-tech enterprise technology innovation relationship between the uncertainty factors, thus affecting the system factors constitute a gray system.
