"National is the world's". Relied on our excellent national culture, China has been stronger and stronger. Since reform in 1978, Chinese market economy has been copying the introduction of foreign models, for example Soviet model, America model and Europe model. But all of these models failed in the Chinese market. The practice has proved that only the realization of Chinese model integration with foreign models in order to promote Chinese economic development.In the 1980s corporate culture into China, this new management model has been emulated by major companies. Through the theory of entry, copying and innovative form of cultural construction, Chinese enterprises obtain certain results. However, in comparison with foreign countries, there are still many problems the most important of which is Chinese local corporate culture. If we really want to have local characteristics, we must pay attention to national culture and traditional culture. In this paper, study Chinese traditional culture on behalf of culture - the Confucian culture, specifically on the "benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom, integrity" in the application of social values such as "people-oriented", "The Doctrine of the Mean Thought", "team spirit", "commitment to social responsibility". At the same time, studying the practice of Confucian culture into enterprises at home and abroad, I sorted out the basic way on Confucian culture into the corporate culture. On the base of my experience in Yantai ruihua corporate, give some advices to Chinese corporate culture.
