The performance management is the central content of human resource management, which determines the administrative level of human resource management for the enterprises. With the gradually deepening on the system-reform of investment and finance in our country, there are extremely large opportunity and challenge faced for the development of the national investment company. In the long run, that whether high or low of the level of the human resource management determines that the upgrade-level of the central competitiveness in enterprises.On the base of the recapitulative study about the theory of the performance management in this thesis, using the method of interview and investigate, etc., analyzing the actuality and the existing problems of the actual performance manage system in HUATIAN Company. On the base of which, suggest the whole thread of the design of performance manage system, discuss about the composition and construction of the performance manage system over the whole framework. According to the principle of uncomplicated or canonical and applied or effective, proceed systematical design of performance manage system in the enterprise, put the designed emphasis on the scheme design of the personal performance assess, and then perfect the assess system on the personal performance. There have important instructing-significance and practical-value for carrying out effective performance management in the HUATIAN Company, also provide some reference and suggestion for the other similar company or enterprise.
