The current economic development situation is constantly changing.China's economic development will inevitably enter a stage of deep adjustment.The speed of economic development has changed from "high-speed growth" to "medium-high-speed growth",the economic structure is also constantly upgrading and optimizing,and all walks of life are facing great opportunities and challenges..The market share of the construction engineering market has been declining year by year,the market capacity has been shrinking,and various construction companies have begun to face fierce market competition.The core of competition has shifted from price war to technology and service competition.In the face of increasingly brutal market competition,construction engineering enterprises must achieve refined management,continuously enhance market competitiveness,gain space for growth and development,and achieve sustainable development."Talent is the most profitable commodity,and the enterprise that manages the talent is the ultimate big winner." In the era of knowledge economy,human resources is the most active resource among all resources of the enterprise,and it is the first resource,which determines the success or failure of the enterprise.Therefore,human resources is the core competitiveness of the company.A reasonable employee evaluation system plays a key role in the realization of the company's strategic goals.In order to maintain the long-term healthy and harmonious development of the company,the human resources workers of the enterprise should think about how to establish a truly effective one.Performance appraisal system.Taking X Construction Company as an example,this paper firstly expounds the theory of project management,performance management and performance appraisal.Then it makes a statistical analysis of the current situation of project manager evaluation in X Construction Company,analyses and evaluates the current project manager evaluation system in construction branch company,evaluates the system and terms in the performance evaluation system one by one,finds and puts forward the unreasonable,unscientific and objective factors in the performance management system,and plans the system on the basis of the specific conditions of the enterprise.A performance management system for project managers with certain pertinence and practicability has been established,which makes up for the shortcomings and deficiencies of enterprises in this respect,improves the performanceAppraisal system,and helps the construction branch to better motivate projectmanagers' enthusiasm and initiative in their posts,improve management efficiency and truly solve practical problems.
