Shanghai Zhangzhi Co., Ltd is the biggest size and the strongest compositive logistics enterprise in China..Steel products ditribution is the most important operation for it. But the Steel products industry is easy to be influenced by the environment. So it is very unstable and insecure. More and more enterprise and capital enter into steel products industry in recent years, it result in the drastic competetion during the enterprises of steel products industry. At the same time, more and more steel producer using upstream incorporation and widening the channel to reduce the profit of the steel products dealers. So studying the marketing strategy of steel product for Shanghai Zhangzhi Co., Ltd in this paper has very important practical significance.Through studying the domestic and foreign marketing theory and considering the condition of Shanghai Zhangzhi Co., Ltd, this paper has done some research in steel marketing as following:1. Using PEST method and Porter's Five Force method etc. to anlyze the macroscopical environment, industry environment and customer demand and the competetion situation of Shanghai Zhangzhi to establish the fundation for settling down the reasonable marketing stategy.2.Using SWOT method to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of Shanghai Zhangzhi Co., Ltd, then we can get to the bottom of the problem exsiting in it.3.According to the condition of Shanghai Zhangzhi and using the SPT marketing thought to bring forward the market segementing, targeting and positioning methods for Shanghai Zhangzhi.4. Bring forward the marketing strategy of steel operation from the aspect of product, price, place and promotion. Then aiming at these strategies to give out some advice to establish the security system.
