With perfect tendency of the market economic system in our country, after entering into WTO, the market becomes more and more canonical, and the competition is intensified. Facing with more pressure of our enterprise, Well existence and development, it is must to grasp effectiveness, attach importance to the performance appraisal system, and modern human resource management.This article selects the Mechanized Construction Engineering Company of GanSu to be the object of research. Analyze the whole industry situation in the field of architecture and construction. Analysis including assess actuality and the problems of assess system in the Company. Combined and applied with theory and knowledge of human resource management, try best to seek for the design principle of index, which suits for the Company, seek for the origin and identification of index, the design procedure of index, the assignment of index and criterion of the performance appraisal, the design method of index, the design of performance appraisal system. Design a set of sheets for the performance appraise, select the suitable methods of performance appraisal. Study and design applied performance appraisal system of the Company. Suggest practice and apply steps, and countermeasures of practice.While the performance appraisal system is designed, we surround and on the grounds of the stratagem of the company, Use methods of key performance indicate (KPI), combined with Balanced Score Card (BSC), the method of 360-dimensional appraisal, measurable gauge method. The performance appraisal system is designed, based on the main method of key performance indicate.During the whole course of design, combined with the fact and situation, both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are applied, using the advanced level of modern human resource management to this company so as to maximally improve employees' enthusiasm. Consequently, both company and staff achieve their goals.
