| As our market economy of our country continues to develop,enterprise performance evaluation has made considerable progress,but there are still many deficiencies in many companies.Due to our long-standing lack of strict standardized management practices,enterprise performance evaluation methods are still relatively traditional.Generally,corporate take financial indicators as the primary means of performance evaluation,while ignoring the combination of the strategic corporate management and corporate profitability drivers with performance evaluation.It can not meet the enterprises facing increasingly fierce competition situation.To meet the fierce competition in the domestic and international market environment,our country urgent to establish a scientific,effective and reasonable performance evaluation system,and make fair and equitable performance evaluation work on this basis,to adapt to the new era of market competition.This study examined at the Construction of Zhongyuan Engineering Company,describes the current enterprise performance evaluation indicators in the current,and analyse the result of the implementation of these indicators.Then the study summed up the inadequacies of the indicators.On this basis,this study brings in the concept of performance indicators of EVA,and determines the adjustment program of EVA.Through calculation and analysis,this study illustrated the difference between the EVA assessment indicators and the traditional assessment indicators,and then draw conclusions,and discussed the related theory of EVA and the design and construction of EVA,studies the problems of the application of the performance evaluation system of EVA in the Construction of Zhongyuan Engineering Company,proves the feasibility of implementation in this company,as well as in the implementation of EVA brighter prospect. |
