Research On Interface Management Of Supply Chain Network Organizations

Promoted by the economic globalization, more and more enterprises become the nodes in division of supply chain network. The obstacles of collaboration appear as the enhancement of division of supply chain network, as a result, the low efficiency draws attention from business circle and theory circle. The research on the interface of supply chain network is the requirement of division of economy's development, the requirement of integration of resources, so as to promote the development of economy.The major objective of this study is to come up with the basic theories of interface, to construct the general framework of interface management theory of supply chain network to enrich general management theories based on the present studies, so as to guide the practice of interface management of supply chain network. The study is composed of five parts. The first part is preface, which infers the background of topic selection , then reviews and analyzes research status of interface menagement at home and abroad, and puts forward the deficiencies of present studies, brings about the revelation, technology roadmap, pathway, methods and the framework of the paper. The second part is the definition of supply chan network chiefly from economic angle, to define the organization of supply chain network. The third part is the fundamental theories of interface management. It defines the network interface as the basis for analysing of the relationship between network interfaces, then it discusses the reasons of inflicts between interfaces and the movement stages of inflicts. The fourth part is Implementation of interface management. It analysis the content of interface management first and puts forward the specific methods of Implementation. The last part is the summary and outlook of the paper.The research results of the paper is not only useful for the theoretical research on the interface of supply chain network, but also a proper reference for the implementation of interface management in supply chain network.
