Organizational justice has always been a hot topic in organizational behavior research. Since its concept was put forward, researchers from management, psychology and organizational behavior have raised great interest on organizational justice research. However, most organizational justice researches focus on two areas. One is confirmatory researches on organizational justice concept and dimensions and another is relationships researches between organizational justice as an antecedent or mediating variable and organizational result variables. Few empirical studies have been conducted on how people perceive organizational justice and which factors will influence organizational justice. Hence, in this research, firstly we will get a general picture of organizational justice about employees working in Shanghai; secondly we will make an explore research on how and o which extent justice related clues in organization will influence organizational justice judgment in different dimensions. Finally, we will exam the influencing effect of two variables, which are LMX (Leader-Member Exchange) and organizational climate to organizational justice.Findings from this research: 1) Organizational justice shows significant difference on demographic variables which include age, service year, experience of management, annual payment and ownership of organizations; 2) Single justice related clue significantly influence the relevant organizational justice judgment; 3) The quality of LMX will significantly influence organizational justice perception in all dimensions; 4) Some dimensions of organizational climate has significantly predictive effect on different dimensions of organizational justice and can influence organizational justice by the mediating effect of LMX. 5) Justice related clue from any dimension will significantly influence other organizational justice judgment when clues from other dimensions are not available; 6) When procedural clues conflict with distributive clues, procedural clues will take major significantly influence on procedural and interpersonal justice judgment. The procedural clue will also influence the distributive justice judgment, but not significantly; 7) When interpersonal clues conflict with distributive clues, interpersonal clues will take significantly influence on interpersonal justice judgment and major influence on procedural justice judgment.
