This study mainly studied the relationships among organizational justice, perceptions of organizational politics and employees' stress in IT firms. And it analyzed if perceptions of organizational politics mediated the relationship between organizational justice and stress. Besides, it also discussed the moderated role of leader-member exchange(LMX) between perceptions of organizational politics and stress.There are three stages in the study. At first, the author proposed a basic theoretical model and hypotheses through literature review. What's more, the questionnaire was modified and ascertained by an interview and a pretest. At last, data were collected from some IT firms in Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen. The theoretical model and hypotheses have been analyzed empirically by the software of SPSS 13.0. Most of the hypotheses were supported and the results indicated that:1 .The level of IT employees' stress is not so high that we should be scared. But we still need regard it.2.Organizational justice affects stress negatively and significantly. But in the three-dimensional structure of organizational justice, distribution justice and procedural justice can be good predictors of stress, but the predicting effect of interactional justice is not significant.3.Perceptions of organizational politics can be a good predictor of stress.4.Organizational justice significantly affects perceptions of organizational politics. Furthermore, distribution justice and procedural justice predict stress well, but the effect of interactional justice is not significant.5.Perceptions of organizational politics partly mediates the relationship between organizational justice and stress.6.LMX moderates the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and stress.Finally, the study discussed the findings and pointed out the implications for management practices, advantages and limitations. And then put forward to the future research.
