Research On The Realization Route Of Enterprise Self-Determined Innovation And The Selection Of Innovation Patten

Self-determined innovation is an academic term with political and the strategic nature proposed by our government in view of the economical and the technological development situation,which has become a frequent conception through country's strategic blueprint,obtaining widespread attention day by day. The fact indicates that grasp the core technologies through self-determined innovation and win competitive advantage have become a necessary way to transform our economic growth pattern.Therefore,the research on innovation theory develops unceasingly and has been deepened along with scholars' research from many dimensions.However,some innovation theory and technological innovation's viewpoint at present are different from self-determined innovation with time significance nowadays.This article will embark from the profound connotation of self-determined innovation under the time background to conduct the research,primary includes:(1) Introducing the relating theories of self-determined innovation as well as the definition of connotation and main body of the self-determined innovation,and based on it,creatively defining the realization route of self-determined innovation strategy and proposing the integrated research frame which involves the forming and developing of enterprise competitive advantages and innovation capabilities; then dividing the realization route into two category—from technical guidance to technical and market double-factor-coordinating guidance and from product guidance to technical and market double-factor-coordinating guidance;(2) Under the above frame,creatively proposing a analysis frame based on the development stage of enterprise strategy,which consists of some core regulations, such as evaluating,selecting,adjusting,learning,assessing and back feeding,then combining with illustrative cases to launch the research on the two category of realization route;this paper proposes some measures to examine and guide organization inertia through improving the core regulations of realization route to seek sustainable development;(3) Dividing self-determined innovation pattern into two category—the strategic pattern of self-determined innovation and the realization pattern of self-determined innovation,and proposing a graph to show the inner link between the two category,that is,to select the strategic pattern of self-determined innovation based on evaluation of realization route guidance and the situation of technology and market is an outside-to-inside decision-making process;however, to select realization pattern of self-determined innovation based on competitive advantages and innovation capabilities is an inside-to-outside decision-making process.They are dynamic and continues processes that relates the whole innovation strategy.Because that different innovation pattern requests different degree of the productivity,absorbancy and re-creation capabilities,so we construct selecting model through measurement of varying degree of the three factors above;(4) Finally,along the dynamic development clue of realization route on each stage,this paper considers enterprise competitive advantage factors and innovation capabilities comprehensively to analyze the inside and outside environmental factors which affect the selection and adjustment of the two category of innovation pattern during each innovation stage,then using tablesto conclude directly;In brief,this research launches the research under the realization route frame, pays great attention to the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis as well as dynamic analysis and comparative analysis,in order to form more profounder cognition and conclusions,besides,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis make the narration and conclusions more convincing to serve our enterprise self-determined innovation practise much more better.
