Study On The Logic, Method And Pattern Of Enterprise Innovation

Innovation can promote enterprise to develop consistently,technology innovation and management innovation are the main contentof it. Technology innovation includes product innovation and techniqueinnovation, management innovation mainly refers to system innovation,organization innovation, culture innovation and market innovation. Atfirst, this article reviews and criticizes innovaOtion theories, thesestheories are devided into two parts: technology innovation and systeminnovation, but they have a common goal, that is enhancing commercialefficiency and optimally allocating resources. From this point, the thirdpart of this article analyses the relation between enterprise and customer,and discusses the process of creating value. Then the article concludes theprerequisite of offering and necessary condition of enterprise productionoperations, In fact, innovation is the alteration of production function, andthis will solicitate production's V, P and C to alterate. In any case,enterprise innovation should have logic as follows: we can unite the twoconditions and infers the goal of innovation. The forth part of the articlediscusses how to push technology innovation and management innovation.We discuss the way to push technology innovation on the basis of valuechain, and analyses management as its ingredient. In practice, there arefive representative pattern of enterprise innovation process, at the fifthpart of this article, the author consults the logic and pathway discussesforward, advances a new pattern, which based on the analysis ofenterprise value chain and customer value. At last, this article makes abrief summary, innovation is the key point makes enterprises to keepahead in competion, innovation process is not isolated, but a systemeticalprocess.
