Mini vehicle has demonstrated itself the fastest developing automotive sort in Chinese automobile industry whose production and consumption market is an important driving force at present.As early as 1999,China's first autonomous micro-vehicle industry change occurred when the traditional concept of micro-vehicle was subverted to Chang an Star.Represented by the micro-passenger vehicle,the domestic industry has been dominated by four enterprises(Chang an,Wu ling,Chang he and Ha fei)by the formation of micro-vehicle.This paper aims to discuss the rational methods for mini vehicle innovations based on typical enterprises analysis of their recent 10 years ranking changes.With a preliminary SWOT analysis,and then Schumpeter's innovation and associated development theory,Ducker's "innovation opportunity" theory,Michael Porter's theory of competitive strategy and value chain and the twenty-first century technology innovation 2.0 double helix theories,elements of innovation capability,the innovation road would be argued from different time periods,angle and depth.This paper argues that the automobile industry innovation capability is decomposed into a high degree of recognition in three aspects:Namely,the ability of R&D resources,innovative R&D and innovation management capabilities.According to the theory and innovation elements,the thesis of the major companies in innovation mini vehicle basic capabilities were compared:1.the main representative of the innovation strategy2.the main representative of corporate R&D investment3.the main representative of the number and strength of corporate R&DThrough the micro-vehicle industry representative enterprises in the R&D resources and comparative analysis of R&D capabilities,the paper further innovation management capabilities from a comparison of product innovation to explore the impact of the most important successful factors.The paper's main point is in the innovation capability of enterprises.Companies have R&D resources and R&D capabilities are ensure of the success and product innovation of the basic conditions for innovation leaders,but more importantly,innovative management capabilities,mainly in the following aspects:1.the innovation strategy is correct.David and Goliath give full play to the development of resources and capabilities to be able to avoid weaknesses,Business innovation strategy must meet the company's own reality.Today's innovation strategy is by no means a single,but a variety of dynamic innovation strategy of organic combination of both a forward-looking.It must be taken into consideration of the feasibility,timeliness and usefulness.This is also the GM-Wu ling and wind off in the main competitive advantage.2.the innovation must be user-centric,market segmentation as opportunities to profit as the goal,joint innovation.Opening innovation is characterized by innovative forms of multi-stakeholder involvement.Innovation must be at the same time market research model innovation,giving full attention to the use of IT era of information.Innovation survey mode should fully understand the users' true differentiation and potential demands.3.the product technology innovation,the development and business models three aspects of synchronization and innovation which is from a purely technical innovation in the field that shackle to the fore.In order to make scientific and efficient product development projects to run,and improvement of innovative mechanisms gives full play to the creativity of innovators.4.Eentrepreneurial innovation and innovation policy-making level of rationalization organic match make sense.If the entrepreneur stubbormly owns innovative experience,and business has no decision-making mechanisms and standardize processes,it cannot effectively avoid and resolve innovation risk.even if they spend a lot of time and cost,they are bound to be difficult to obtain good innovation performance.Chang an and Ha fei lacked of awareness in the innovation.As a result,they are in a passive competition position,which gradually beyond our competitors.
