Since 1980s, the retail industry of Zhejiang Province has kept developing with a rapid growth. The format innovation is the dynamic power of the development. With the growing concern to the retail industry, there have emerged a lot of excellent works on regard of the retail innovation. The paper dedicates to research the retail innovation with the innovation system theory, in order to overcome the shortcoming of singleness and scatteredness in the former research.Firstly, according to the evolution of the innovation system theory, the paper proposes the concept of retail enterprise innovation system and its factors, which is based on the format innovation in Zhejiang Province. The retail enterprise innovation system regards the retail enterprise as the innovation subject, takes the format innovation as the innovation object, and contains the relative whole social relationship in the outside environment as well as the concourse of the factors that support the promotion of innovation ability and spread of the innovation results. |
