The Innovation Of China's Foreign Direct Investment

On the 16th congress of the Communist Party of China, the strategy of "leading-into" and "going-out" has been put forward, and it therefore set up the goals for China's opening-up. After analyzing the political and economical conditions both domestically and from abroad, the leaders of the CPC decide to carry out the strategy of "going-out", and it has a close relationship with our country's overall development and future.The rapid progress of globalization offers a good opportunity for China's companies to join in the international competition and optimize the allocation of resources in a greater area. The development of China's reform and opening-up has settled the foundation for Chinese companies to "going-out". After 20 years' slow development, the foreign investment of our country has presented a certain scale. In 2005, the total amount of China's FDI has increased to 6.9billion, which ranks the fourth in the developing countries. China's foreign investment has shown up the following trend: the diversity of the investment main body and the investment areas, the upgrading of the industry, and it has achieved a certain success. But, there are still some problems both in the macro management system and policy, and the micro management in the foreign investment enterprises.
